Tonight's swim meet theme is......Inside Out!  Wear your clothes inside out when we make our entrance to the pool deck!

Business and personal ads are now being sold for the 2013 GKAISA City Meet Heat Sheet. We hope all teams and swim families will consider placing ads in the heat sheets to help raise money for scholarships. All ads and payments are due by MONDAY JULY 15, 2013.

• Swimmers should be at the pool at 4:45 - dressed and ready for warmups at 5:00pm. Meet will start promptly at 5:30pm
