Here are some tips for Tuesday's KRC meet (June 25th):

• Swimmers should be at the pool at 4:45 - dressed and ready for warmups at 5:00pm. Meet will start promptly at 5:30pm
• KRC parking will be available at lower indoor tennis courts as well as upper lots. You may also park at Center Court office park (located just to the left of the KRC entrance off Lonas Drive) in the back of that lot and walk up through indoor courts. Please do not park on both sides of streets in the neighborhood.
• KRC has offered the use of their brand new pavillion for our team space, but also said to feel free to bring pop-up tents. :)
• KRC has an 8 lane pool. All lanes will qualify for scoring and ribbons, but the usual GKAISA scoring rules will apply.
• All Meet Volunteers will be called to report to a short meeting before the meet. 2nd shift workers will be called to report to their stations - so please listen for an announcement halfway thru the meet.
• The WCST swimming lineup will be posted on a bulletin board - please check for it when you arrive
• Team swimsuits and sweatshirts will be available for pickup at practice tomorrow and at the Scoring Tent at the meet
• Concession stand will be open - serving dinner, snacks and drinks
• Bring towel, swimsuit, goggles, sharpies, money, sunscreen, bug spray, dry clothes. Optional items - small tents, camping chairs, blankets, small coolers
• Ribbons are given out at practice on Fridays and are placed in a folder with your last name
• Your swimmer's time will be on their ribbon - or on your parent page on the website - we will email you when they are posted.
• Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area at all GKAISA meets.

KRC is located at 5535 Lonas Road. If traveling East on I-40 toward Knoxville, take a right onto Papermill Road, then a right on Weisgarber Road, and a right on Lonas Road. It is on the left about 1/2 a mile. Come up the hill and the receptionist is located in the first floor of the clubhouse during summer months (April 15-October 15). You can find driving directions on the WCST website - just click on Swim Meets, then KRC, and then Get Driving Directions.
