I realized that I have forgotten to tell you about the RSVP lock feature on the website. It allows you to lock the RSVP form for a meet when you start doing the lineup. That way, after the deadline, no one else can RSVP online at the last minute....forcing them to contact you directly if they want to swim in the meet. Here's how you do that....

Login to the website, click Actions, then Site Console, then Console, then RSVP, then RSVP report by swimmer.....and in the upper left corner, you will see "Lock" - and if you check that box, it locks the form.
