11& ups practice at 9 am or 7 pm, 10& unders 10 am or 6 pm. Everyone needs to come to the correct practice for their age group.

It's always amazing how fast the Summer flies by when you are having this much fun!! Even though we didn't have a winning season within our league, WCST placed 4th for the second year in a row at the Smoky Mountain Invitational Regional Meet where 30 teams and 1600 swimmers…
