Monday thru Friday

 9:00am - 10:00am: 11 and up age groups

10:00am - 11:00am: 10 and under age groups

11:00am - 11:30am: Pre-team

Evening swim practice:

Monday thru Thursday

6:00pm - 7:00PM: 10 and under age groups
