Parents,

I will be doing Skills Mastery Testing for 10 & under swimmers Monday, July 18- Thursday, July 21 at 11:00, following morning practice and again at 5:30 before evening practice.  

Bronze Medal:  Swimmer must demonstrate legal technique in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly, including starts.

Silver Medal:  Swimmer must be able to swim 100 Individual Medley with legal strokes, turns, and finishes.

Gold Medal:  Swimmer must be able to demonstrate legal flip turns for backstroke and freestyle and legal open turns for breaststroke and butterfly.

Medals will be awarded at the Swim Team Banquet.  Swimmer who earned medals from last year can not repeat the same medal this year.
