The WCST website has some new features for the 2012 season!

Go to www.wcst.swim-team.us and login by typing in your email address (the one this message has been sent to) and the default password is "Crocodiles" - which is case sensitive so be sure to capitalize the C.  After this initial login, you may change your password to anything you like.

You will be updating all of your family info at registration on May 6th and be able to add additional emails then - or you may respond to this email and I will be happy to add them now for you.

Here are some of the new features:

- You will see a link for a "Parent Page" underneath your login. If you click this, you can see all of your info in one place -  which swim meets you've rsvp'ed and volunteered for, each of your swimmer's event  times when they are uploaded after each meet, etc. Just click the icons to the right of the swimmer's names. FYI - The times that are there now are from 2011.

- You can access the team directory from the roster page. Click on the roster link on the homepage and then click on the "Parent Directory" link in the upper right corner. (You'll notice that only one swimmer is currently listed on the roster - she was a test case for me to learn the system - All of the other swimmers are currently "pending" and will appear on this page after registration.)

- Several documents have been loaded under the Team Manual to help answer questions about swim team, dual meets, rules, etc.

- You may now email the WCST coaches and Swim Team Board from the website. Just click on the "Feedback" link on the homepage.

- The website has been rolled over to the 2012 season, so if you would like to look at last year's photos or swim meet info, you will have to change the pull down menu at the top of those pages from "2012 Summer" to "2011 Summer"

- Any team member can now add captions to photos! - just click on "Photos", and then click on the album, and enter a caption to any photo. Please note: All captions will be subject to review by the site administrator.

So, take a few minutes and aquaint yourself with the new and improved website!  And please let me know if you have any questions.....
