Thank you for registering for the 2012 summer swim season at Whittington Creek Swim Team!!  We are looking forward to a great season in League 2!

 

Please take a moment to check out our website since most team business is handled here.  Go to www.wcst.swim-team.us and login with your email address and the password "Crocodiles" (be sure to capitalize the C).  You may change your password after you login if you prefer. 

 

TEAM MANUAL:  Click on the "Team Manual" link to find general team information  such as Practice Times, Meet Info, Frequently Asked Questions, Volunteer Position Descriptions, etc.  Just click the links at the top of this page.

 

PARENT PAGE:  Please take a moment to make sure your family and swimmer information is correct.  Click on the "Parent Page" link directly underneath the login and then click Update Profile.  Here you can add any additional parent email addresses or phone numbers.  

 

Now check "Your Swimmers" - click on the far right "square" icon next to their name.  Add any swimmer email addresses and phone numbers here as well as t-shirt sizes. Also, if you click on the "swimming" icon on the parent page, you can see all of your swimmer's results and times from last season. 

 

If you click on the triangles next to Commitments, RSVP, Volunteer and Purchases, you can see dates and positions you have volunteered for, which meets you have RSVP'ed for and items you may have ordered online.

 

VOLUNTEERING:  Click on the "Swim Meets" link and then click the "V" button next to the meet name.  Click on any position that says "Need volunteer" and it automatically adds your name.  Families are asked to volunteer for one session at the Green and White meet and at two other sessions in the season.
