Here are some tips for Tuesday's Home Meet vs Green Meadow (July 9th):

• Legends Photography will be at the pool taking individual and team photos. Legends will begin setting up around 3:15pm, individual photos will begin at 3:45pm and the team photo will be taken at 4:20/4:25pm. Additional individual photos will taken until 5:20pm.
• Swimmers should be dressed and ready for warmups at 4:30pm. Meet will start promptly at 5:30pm
• Please try to carpool or walk to the pool - Green Meadows is a large team, and we will need every available parking spot :) - and remember, there is no parking in the traffic circle
• We will need all hands on deck for this home meet - so if you have not yet volunteered, please sign up to work a shift - thank you!
• Meet Volunteers will be called to report to a short meeting before the meet. 2nd shift workers will be called to report to their stations - so please listen for an announcement halfway thru the meet.
• The WCST swimming lineup will be posted on a bulletin board - please check for it when you arrive.
• Concession stand will be open - serving dinner, snacks and drinks - and selling team t-shirts and gear.
• Bring towel, swimsuit, goggles, sharpies, money, sunscreen, bug spray, dry clothes. Optional items - small tents, camping chairs, blankets, small coolers
• Ribbons are given out at practice on Fridays and are placed in a folder with your last name
• Your swimmer's time will be on their ribbon - or on your parent page on the website - we will email you when they are posted.
• Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area at all GKAISA meets.
