See attached schedule of events for the 2013 Smoky Meet this weekend. 

These are estimated starting times for each event for Saturday and Sunday's sessions. Event times may change as the meet progresses, so please keep that in mind if you need to leave the meet for any reason. You wouldn't want to miss your event!

There is a very large Clerk of Course for these regional meets - and swimmers will be called to line up way in advance of their event - so please listen carefully to the announcements.

Our Saturday warm-up time is 7:05am. Our Sunday warm-up time is 7:50am. Please be at the Springbrook Pool in plenty of time to park, get your stuff to our tent, and dressed and ready in the tent 15 minutes before your warm-up time.

The psych sheets (line-ups) should be posted soon on the Smoky Mountain Invitational Website. Heat sheets will be for sale at the information booth at the pool the day of the meet. Bring your highlighter!

If you have signed up to work at SMI, please listen for the announcement calls for workers for your session.

Spectator swimming in the slide pool is $5 per 1-1/2 hour session with a limit of 150 swimmers per session. There will be 5 sessions and 1 wristband per person.

Panera will be selling breakfast items and there will be a lunch concessions stand. We will have a potluck table in our tent and the team provides Subway sandwiches for everyone for lunch. Please go to the WCST website to volunteer to bring something for our potluck :)

Label Industries will be selling SMI t-shirts for $15 as well as other items and Swim and Tri will be on site selling swim gear and suits.

For $1, you can send a "Smoky Signal" and have an announcement made encouraging your team or swimmer - forms available at information booth.
