The GKAISA City Meet Psych Sheet has been posted!

The psych sheet lists every swimmer competing in this weekend's City Meet according to seed times. You can get an idea of where your swimmer stands and who their competition may be in each of their events.

But remember, City Meet Champions are determined by time only - so it doesn't matter who your competition is or what heat you are swimming in, it only matters how fast you swim :)

Team points, medals and ribbons are awarded to the top 16 times in each event.  The top 16 swimmers (plus 2 alternates) are invited back to compete in the Finals on Sunday. (And yes, sometimes alternates get to swim if one or two of the 16 doesn't show up - it has happened!)

Results are posted soon after each event at the meet in the hallway of Allan Jones - or get the app "Meet Mobile" on your smart phone - results are posted in real time there. And results are also posted online at www.gkaisa.org at the end of that day's competition.
