Hey Crocodiles, please welcome our new Head Coach for the 2014 Summer swim season - Erin Gaeckle!

Erin is currently swimming for the Tennessee Volunteers and is in her Junior year pursuing a degree in English. Her primary event is the backstroke - her 200 medley relay won a Bronze Medal at this year's Winter Nationals - but she is also very strong in the breaststroke.

Prior to coming to UT, she lived in Charlotte, NC and swam for SwimMAC Carolina from 2000 - 2011 (in fact Erin's father, Jeff, was a founder of Swim MAC Carolina and yes, that's also Ryan Lochte's club team...)

Erin has a twin sister, Anna, and also another older sister, Brennan, and a brother, Daniel, who is getting married at the end of May.

She says her favorite color is yellow, she loves Mumford & Sons and also the "Motown" channel on Pandora. She is very animated and likes to "frolick"... She wanted me to tell everyone that she has a "take no prisoners" attitude and "you might die, but you'll have fun doing it. YOLO!"

We are all going to have a blast this Summer!!!
