Hi everyone!

Attached are the 1) GKAISA Registration Form and 2) Tennessee Concussion Statement (now required for all youth sports)

Download these 2 forms and bring this signed paperwork to registration on Sunday - and have more time for ice cream!!

Don't forget to also bring your:

• Cash or Checkbooks - $180 for first swimmer, $170 for each additional swimmer, $100 for pre-teamers*
• Family Medical Insurance Information - (if you choose to fill out your forms at registration)
• Your Swimmers - Swim and Tri will be on-site for team swimsuit, goggles and fins sizing. All swimsuits are paid for in advance.
• Your Calendar – swim meets are entirely run by volunteers - each family is asked to provide a volunteer for at least 1 session for each meet your child will participate in
• Your Team Spirit - WCST will be selling team T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Ballcaps, etc.
• Your Appetite – yummy ice cream sundaes served by veteran WCST swimmers!!
