GKAISA City Championship Meet on July 25th - 27th

The GKAISA Championship City Meet is a 3-day (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) regional meet for summer league AND year-round swimmers on summer league teams. Friday is the preliminary round for 11 & Ups, Saturday is the the preliminary round for 10 & Unders, and Sunday is Finals Day when the top 16 swimmers compete for the championship in each event. This meet is held at the Allan Jones Pool on the University of TN campus.  Swimmers who compete at City will get to see their names on the big screen and announced on the loudspeaker - and swim in the same pool as the UT collegiate swimmers and Olympic champions!! The kids love it - and it's an incredible opportunity to swim in a world class aquatic center!

Remember to go to the website and order your CIty Meet T-shirt and Parking Passes. Go to "Team" and click on "Team Products" to place your order by July 16th. If you have any problems ordering, contact Leigh Ann Young.

Note: Swimmers must have competed in at least 2 GKAISA dual meets during the current season to be eligible for the Championship Meet. Our Green and White intrasquad meet and Smoky Mountain also count toward eligibility.
