Hello Parents,

Sorry for the short notice, but we were recently made aware of some changes to the Tennessee Tax Code that require us to amend our some wordings in our WCST by-laws within the next week in order to remain tax-exempt.

According to our by-laws, we are required to put these changes to a vote of the general membership. There is no minimum attendance requirement - so this meeting is NOT mandatory.

We will also discuss some proposed changes to the WCST Board positions and structure and we will recap last Summer's thoughts and suggestions for next year.

The meeting is at 7:00 PM this Sunday, October 26 at the WC Clubhouse. Please join us if you are available.
