Here are a few things you need to know for the Sugarwood Meet (at Home at WC Pool Thurs 6/11):

- Meet setup begins at 4pm. Swimmers need to be at the pool before 5:00pm dressed and ready to swim for warmups! Meet will start promptly at 6:00pm.

- Bring towel, swimsuit, goggles, sharpies, money, sunscreen, bug spray, dry clothes. Optional items - camping chairs, blankets, small coolers.

- The WCST swimming lineup with the list of events for your swimmer will be posted on a bulletin board on the pool deck - please check for it when you arrive.

- All Meet Volunteers will be called to report to a short meeting before the meet. 2nd Shift Workers will be called to report to their stations - so please listen for an announcement halfway thru the meet (approx. 7:30pm). Thank you for volunteering!!

- WCST Concession stand will be open in the pavilion serving snacks and drinks. Tootsies Food Truck will be serving dinner beginning around 4:30pm. Amy Romano's famous cake pops will be sold at concessions at this meet - while supplies last :)

- Parking is limited near the pool - you can park along the Boulevard - but not inside the traffic circle/roundabout. Whittington Creek residents are encouraged to carpool or walk/ride bikes to the pool to save parking space for our guests  - thank you!

- After Meet Pizza Party at Pero's On the Hill, 7706 Northshore Drive - Unlimited pizza buffet plus spaghetti, salad, and sodas or tea. Kids under 12 are $5, over 12 are $10 per person. Adult beverages available - but at an additional cost.

- Ribbons are given out at practice on Friday mornings - unless otherwise notified - and are placed in a folder with your last name.

- Your swimmer's time from each event will be on their ribbon - or on your parent page on the website under the Actions tab.

- Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area during all GKAISA meets.

- Please check the WCST Weather policy on the homepage of the website. We will swim in the rain - so bring your rain gear if rain is in the forecast - although the weather forecast looks mostly clear for the meet.
