Parents we need to provide just a few volunteers for the SMI meet this weekend as follows:

Saturday

Deck Runner for the first third of the meet (events 1 - 18). This is a great job as it puts you right on the pool deck and is so easy. You simply take heat sheets from the timers to the scorers table and vice versa.

Sunday

Streetside spotter-relays only. This is also a great job because you only have to work during the relays and you simply make sure swimmers are in the right lanes and order when delivered from the clerk of course.

Three shifts are needed: First shift is for the Medley relays, second for the MIxed relays and third for the Free relays. So if your child is swimming in any of these relays you can volunteer for that shift then be right at the pool deck to watch the swim!

Ribbon labeling during events 75 - 86. This is a simple job of putting stickers on the respective medals for 1st 2nd and 3rd winners. Don't fret, you can certainly go watch your swimmer when they are in the pool. So please if your child is swimming Breast, Fly or Free Relay consider volunteering for this job.

Our team will have points deducted from our total score if we are not able to fill these worker requirements, so please don't make me beg for help in filling these 5 positions!
