Well Croc Parents! 

We did it again- made it through another Smoky Mountain meet! I want to send a HUGE congratulations out to your swimmers! We had an awesome meet with just a handful of our team. Our crocs fought hard and dirty for each and every point that they earned and I couldn't be prouder!!!! Fourth place is a VERY big deal and I am so thrilled with each and every performance, best time, handshake or high five, etc. etc. 

I also just want to take a moment to thank you all for everything you did to make this weekend great. Whether it be just getting to the meet on time, running the kiddos to clerk of course in time for their races, bringing the coaches snacks and water, and each cheer, hug, or high five- this meet could NOT have gone on with out each of ya'lls support! SO THANK YOU!

Just a few things for the coming weeks: 

-PLEASE let me know ASAP if your child will be participating in the meet this Tuesday- I will be working on the entries tomorrow afternoon, so RSVP online/text/email/call by tomorrow to let us know if you will be there! 

-We will be doing Croc Mile this THURSDAY for the 10&unders. For those of you new to the team, the 10&unders will have an hour to complete a mile swim during practice! Those who achieve the feat will be recognized at the team banquet! 

-We will also be holding a day for 11&ups to try and get their Croc Challenge times THURSDAY! For those of you new to the team, this is an opportunity for our swimmers to swim top times from the City Meet from the past two years to have a clearer idea of where they can and will place at our championship meet! The swimmers that achieve their times will ALSO be recognized at the team banquet. 

-Throughout the week we will be holding opportunities during and after practice for 10&unders to get their Skills Mastery medals! There are 3 levels which are determined upon being able to swim all 4 strokes legally, a 100 IM, and then IM transition turns and flip turns. Once again, the swimmers that accomplish each level will be recognized at the banquet! 

We have a lot going on here at the Creek- all of which to be VERY proud of! Now it's on to get our kiddos ready for City Meet!
