Here are a few things you need to know for the Bennington/Farrington Meet (8817 Colchester Ridge Road) - Tues 7/14:

- Swimmers need to be at the pool at 5:00pm dressed and ready to swim for warmups! Meet will start promptly at 6:15pm.

- Bennington/Farrington is located off of Ebenezer Road. You can click on "Get Driving Directions" on the website under Swim Meets - just click on WCST at Bennington/Farrington Meet..

- Parking is always an issue at this pool.  Please note that cars may only be parked on one side of the street, otherwise they will be towed!!  I have attached a map highlighting where parking is advised.

- Bring towel, swimsuit, goggles, sharpies, money, sunscreen, bug spray, dry clothes. Optional items - camping chairs, blankets, small coolers.

- There will be no Clerk of Course. Swimmers will get our cards from our lineup parents and will be responsible for getting to the starting area in time for their event - our coach interns will help with the 10 & unders, but if parents could help their swimmers get to events, that would be appreciated

- All Meet Volunteers will be called to report to a short meeting before the meet. 2nd Shift Workers will be called to report to their stations - so please listen for an announcement halfway thru the meet (approx. 7:30pm). Thank you for volunteering!!

- Concessions will either be grilled hamburgers/hot dogs or Firehouse Subs. Drinks, fruit, desserts, candies and other items will be available.

- After Meet Pizza Party at Pero's On the Hill, 7706 Northshore Drive - Unlimited pizza buffet plus spaghetti, salad, and sodas or tea. Adult beverages available - but at an additional cost.

- Ribbons will be given out at practice on Wednesday morning - unless otherwise notified - and placed in a folder with your last name. Your swimmer's time from each event will be on their ribbon - or on your parent page on the website under the Actions tab.

- Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area during all GKAISA meets.

- Please check the WCST Weather policy on the homepage of the website. We will swim in the rain - so workers especially bring your rain gear - it looks like rain is in the forecast.
