I know it is a busy week full of back-to-school/ sports/events for everyone - so I hope you'll forgive another reminder email :)

1) Please RSVP for your family by FRIDAY for our WCST End-of-Season Celebration this Sunday, August 23rd at WC Pool from 6:00 - 8:30pm. We need to give Archer's BBQ a head count and we want to make sure we have enough food for everyone!! :D Just log onto the website and click the RSVP button under "Events" on the left side of the homepage.

2) Families who would like to give the coaches a monetary bonus as a "Thank You!" for a job well-done this season, may bring it to the party on Sunday - and WCST will divide all monies donated between the coaches. You can bring cash - or you can include bonus money in your check when you pay for your BBQ dinners.

3) Awards to be given out at the party include: New Swimmer Certificates, Ribbons and medals from Smoky Mountain and GKAISA City Meet, Skills Mastery Medals, Croc Mile and Challenge T-shirts as well as 5yr/10yr, Team Records, High Scorers, Most Improved, Most Outstanding, Pictures for our Wall of Fame, Whittington Creek Award, Coach's Awards, etc. - We can't wait to celebrate all the hard work and improvement of our WCST swimmers!!
