WCST is required to provide just a few workers for the Smoky Mountain Invitational Meet. Please email Andy Ellis at  [email protected] if you are able to help. Volunteers receive an armband for one child to play on the big slide all day.

Volunteers are needed for the following:

Saturday (big kids day): Deck runner for the first shift (events 1-18). This position is similar to runner at our dual meets (but more time between "runs"). Note that you are right on deck to watch your swimmers during this period.

Sunday (little kids day): Streetside spotter for relays only. This position is to make sure swimmers are in the right lanes and order when delivered from the clerk of course. We need a volunteer for each of the three shifts: first shift is for medley relay, second shift is for mixed free relay and third shift is for the free relay.  Again this job enables you to be on deck to watch your swimmers.

Sunday we also need a volunteer for ribbon labeling for the last shift (events 75-86). This job is putting stickers on ribbons and medals. Of course you can step out and watch your swimmers during this shift.
