Swimmers be under the tent by 7:30am. Remember parking is offsite (Metron center) and shuttles start running at 7:00am. Drop offs are allowed on UT Drive at the side of AJIAC. The WCST tent is located along Andy Holt Blvd directly across from the parking deck (looking at AJIAC to the right of the stairs).

Worker meetings for timers and jump judges will be at 8:20am at girls clerk of course (behind AJIAC). First shift workers MUST be present. Stop watches will be under the tent, find either Leigh Ann (Friday) or Raellen (Saturday).

Psych sheets, sessions reports (estimated starting time for each event) and other pertinent documents can be found on the website under swim meets - City Meet prelims 11 up (Friday) and 10 under (Saturday).

Volunteers for tent snacks are still needed (Friday especially tables, waters, gatorades and ice and ice chests) so please sign up under the volunteer button.
