Hello again everyone!

We need all hands on deck to help at our first swim meet - the Green and White Intrasquad Swim Meet next Thursday, June 8th at the Whittington Creek Pool from 6pm - 9pm!!!

All regular team WCST parents whose kids are swimming in our meets are asked to volunteer one person for one half of the meet - either the first or second session - your choice. It takes an incredible amount of parent volunteers to run a swim meet, and even more to run this intrasquad meet since we have to provide 2 teams worth of volunteers - so please sign up to help!

This G&W meet is especially important for new families since we will be training folks for most volunteer positions at this meet. Don't worry if you have never attended or worked a swim meet before - I hadn't either 10 years ago when my girls joined the team! - and there are many volunteer jobs that are very easy and require little training.

To Volunteer from your computer:

1. Click the website link below and log on under the grey "Sign In" tab in the upper right corner - using your email address and the password "Crocodiles" - be sure to capitalize the "C"
2. Then click on "Swim Meets" on the green menu bar, then click the "V" button next to "WCST Green and White"
3. A volunteer form will pop up and any open volunteer slots will be shown in red. If you would like a short description of each volunteer job, click on the "?" button to the right of each job title.
4. To sign up for a job, click on any of the red "Need Volunteer" and the website will add your name to that slot. Then scroll down to the bottom of the form and hit Save - and you're done!
5. The website will send you a confirmation email of your volunteer commitment - and then another email reminder 24 hours before the meet.

To Volunteer from your mobile phone:

1. Click the website link below and then click the 3 grey bars in upper right corner to log on using your email address and the password "Crocodiles" - be sure to capitalize the "C"
2. Then click on "WCST Green and White", then click the "V" button.
3. Fill out the form by clicking the Shift 1 or Shift 2 pull down menus and then scroll thru the titles until you see the job you are looking for. Then hit "Save" - and you're done!
4. The website will send you a confirmation email of your volunteer commitment - and then another email reminder 24 hours before the meet.
