Green & White Meet Info

Our first meet, Green and White, is TODAY, so exciting! Swim meets may be new for many of you - but this is our practice meet, to help everyone learn the ropes and to clock initial times for the season. Thank you to those who signed up to help. It takes all of us to make a meet happen as we are 100% volunteer run. Here is a link to the job descriptions - https://creek.swimtopia.com/wcst-handbook - scroll down to the list of jobs. Thank you!

There will be a new family tour at 4:45 before warm-ups. Our coaches will show you where the swimmers will go before and after each race and where everything is set up around the pool.

If you are interested in Stroke and Turn and can be at the pool at 4:30, we are happy to chat with you about this official role.

The list of events for your swimmer will be posted on SwimTopia. If you don't have the app yet, you can download a free version on a smart phone. Here you can easily see a list of your swimmer’s events and your volunteer commitments, as well as your swimmer's results. The homepage of the website has more info on this app. The heat sheet will be posted on Facebook for this meet. There will also be a bulletin board on the fence in the parking lot, so please check for it when you arrive to the meet.

Our meets are tailgate style. The parking lot outside the pool will be closed to cars. You are welcome to set up tents and/or chairs anytime during the day of the meet. If possible, please walk to the meet. If you drive please park on either side of the boulevard single file only. Do not park in the roundabout or on neighborhood streets.
