City Meet is quickly approaching and we have some last minute communications and actions we need you to take!

Parking Passes:

Passes are sorted and will be at the lifeguard table tomorrow morning at the start of practice. I will pick up what is left in the afternoon and they can be picked up from my house anytime after 5. 

Volunteers & Pot Luck:

If you are able to Volunteer, please do so on the website! We still need to cover a few shifts. Additionally, there is a list of sign up for snacks to bring to the meet each day. We will provide sandwiches and wraps on Thursday and Friday but ask that each family bring an item. This keep us all from having to lug food from home - It is a huge help for the swimmers!

Final's Dinner Friday at Bravo's ay 6:30:

The evening before finals we like to get together to get together with our teammates to celebrate all those who swim in City Meet! This event is for anyone who wishes to attend - you do not need to be in Finals to come. The cost is $29/per person (child and adult are the same and include tax and gratuity). It is a family style dinner and we need to plan for the kitchen to prepare our food, so please RSVP by the end of the day tomorrow. You can Venmo me @Raina-Almquist. Cash bar is also available.

Tent: 

Our tent is in its usual location, at the corner of Andy Holt and UT Drive, directly across the street from the garage.
