Hello Crocs! 

Below is all of the information for the meet on Thursday. This is our last meet prior to City Meet (July 10th – July 12th; info to come soon).

We will post the heat sheet on Facebook, and I will try to send an email out with the heat sheet attached (SwimTopia can argue with me when I most need it to behave), but we will also have several copies for you to view if needed at our volunteer and check-in table. We ask that you stop by and let us know your swimmer(s) and volunteer(s) have arrived. If you have any conflicts or changes to your volunteer schedule, email Melody Luhn so that we can cover our required shifts. If you have any conflicts or changes with your swimmers, email Michael and Chad so that they can reconfigure events where possible. 

As always, bring all you need for a meet (goggles and lots of water)! Which is always too much, but things you're happy to have when needed (goggles and and lots of water)!

JCSC will be holding their Senior Swim and Team Pictures on this day, so please respect their space and athletes as they cheer on their seniors and capture their summer pictures.

Please read their message below fully. They have 2 pools, but the other pool IS NOT open during the meet. It is going to be hot, hot, hot - we can't push water too hard! They offer deck space, and a small tent that is first come first serve to 8U swimmers. 

We ask that you check in with the coaches before you leave - we know everyone will be eager to get on the road, but we may need swimmers for relays and other changes that occur during a meet.

We are excited to host our meet on June 26^h at our home pool, the Jefferson City outdoor pool. The pool’s address is: 704 West Jefferson Street Jefferson City, TN 37760

Warm Ups:

5:00pm-JCSC

5:30pm-WCST

The meet will begin at 6:05pm

Lane Assignments:

JCSC 1,3,5

WCST 2,4,6

Parking:

Parking is available on both sides of Jefferson Street and Russell Avenue. Please DO NOT park at the adjacent doctor’s office on the corner; you will be towed.

SafeSport:

There are locker rooms and bathrooms inside the pool area for swimmers. All parents and non-swimming children MUST use the bathrooms outside the fenced in area right next to the pool in an effort to adhere to SafeSport athlete protection policies. Reminder that there is to be no photography or videography behind the diving blocks.

Pool Entry:

Please enter the pool at the Jefferson Street gate. The entrance and scoring tables are both at the pavilion. There will be a tent set up for each team-8 and Under swimmers get priority. Families are welcome to sit beside the pool nearest the pavilion. Please note that there is a second pool at our facility, but it is NOT open for swimming.

Volunteer Workers:

There will be 2 shifts we will need volunteers to work. Please provide enough workers to fill both shifts.

All workers are asked to come to the worker’s meeting that will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of the meet. Each worker must be in their designated spot 5 minutes before the meet begins.
