Hi Crocs!

This Thursday is our last home meet and we are hosting Gulfwood. 

See below for meet information and schedule. We are also doing the Senior Swim at the meet, and this will take place during the shift change. We would love everyone to cheer on our graduating seniors! 

Schedule: 

• 5:00-5:30pm Whittington Creek Warm up 
• 5:15pm Meet volunteer/worker meeting with referee and meet director at scores table 
• 5:30-6:00pm Gulfwood Warm up 
• 6:00pm Meet begins
• 7:30pm (approximately) shift change after event #34 and SENIOR SWIM
• 9:00pm We will do our best to end the meet by 9:00pm 

There isn't anything planed for after the meet, as we are having our movie night on Sunday (be sure to RSVP on the website for group ticket rates for your family/swimmer - I will notify you of the cost once I have the rates from Regal).

As a reminder, the list of events for your swimmer will be posted on SwimTopia. If you don't have the app yet, you can download a free version on a smart phone. Here you can easily see a list of your swimmer’s events and your volunteer commitments, as well as your swimmer's results. The homepage of the website has more info on this app. The heat sheet will be posted on Facebook for this meet. There will also be a bulletin board by the scoring table, and a Buddies list for 8U, so please check for it when you arrive to the meet.

What to Bring: Towel, caps, swimsuit, goggles, sharpies, money, sunscreen, bug spray, dry clothes. Optional items - tents, chairs, blankets, coolers. Smoking and alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the pool area during all GKAISA meets. Label everything so missing items can be returned to you.

WCST Concession stand will be in the pavilion offering hotdogs, hamburgers, snacks, candy and drinks. (Cash and Venmo accepted - No bills larger than $20 please).
