Good Morning!

If you are receiving this e-mail, you have a swimmer in the Sugarwood meet tomorrow, but you have not signed up for a job. We have eight jobs remaining, and almost exactly eight families who are not already working, so we very much need full participation. 

**Each family must provide at least one volunteer for either first or second shift. Please make arrangements to have a third party volunteer on your behalf if you are not personally available.**

I have attached the "Job Description" for each volunteer role. Please sign-up for one of these jobs through the website. If you are having trouble signing up, please text or email me and I will do it for you.

If all jobs are not filled this afternoon, I will randomly assign and send out your assigned job.

We need:

1. Announcer  (1st shift)
2. Clerk of Course (two for 2nd shift) -- we technically need another one first shift but at this point we can work with just two.
3. Timer (2nd shift)
4. Marshall (2nd shift)
