Good Morning!

If you are receiving this e-mail, you have a swimmer in the Green & White Meet tomorrow, but you have not signed up for a job. The Green & White meet requires more parent volunteers than our typical meet, as we do not have parents from the opposing team to share jobs--so we very much need full participation.  There are only a few people remaining who have not signed up, and we have several jobs to fill.  Some families have already taken multiple shifts.

**Each family must provide at least one volunteer for either first or second shift. Please make arrangements to have a third party volunteer on your behalf if you are not personally available.**

I have attached the "Job Description" for each volunteer role. Please sign-up for one of these jobs through the website.  If you are having trouble signing up, please text or email me and I will do it for you.

If all jobs are not filled this afternoon, I will randomly assign and send out your assigned job.

We need:

1. Finish Judge  (2nd shift)
2. Lane Time (2nd shift)
3. Marshall Spotter (1st shift and 2nd shift)
4. Relay Jump Judge (need two--work all relays)
5. Runner (2nd shift)
6. Stroke & Turn (need two for 1st shift and two for 2nd shift)
