PLEASE READ (you have a job at the meet tonight)
It is that time of year where I become the most hated person on the swim team--the Volunteer Coordinator.
Thank you for volunteering tonight! Most jobs were self-assigned. If you have a swimmer in the meet but had not signed up for a job, I assigned a job for you (please check the list below). The Green & White meet is especially difficult because we have the same number of shifts, but we do not have an opposing team to share. I have assigned jobs to all families in the meet--we have run out of volunteers with a few jobs still open. Please make sure to send someone on your behalf if you are not personally available.
Below is a list of jobs sorted by last name. You can text me at (865)963-1693 to check-in, or I will have a sign-in sheet in the usual place (under the tent by the pool). We still have a number of jobs left open if you would like to cover more than one shift.
