Below is the information we received directly from Sugarwood regarding the meet tonight.  We are looking forward to a great meet!

The Sugarwood Pool is located at 12137 Butternut Circle, Knoxville, TN 37934.

Parking
Parking is NOT allowed on ANY streets within the subdivision. Orange yard signs will be placed on both sides of the street to indicate NO PARKING allowed. Any vehicles parking on the subdivision streets WILL BE TOWED at the owner's expense. There is plenty of parking available in the grassy fields around the pool. Follow the instructions of the Parking Attendants. Please back in your vehicle to the spot identified by the parking attendant. Doing so will help with the safety of children when leaving when it is dark. The paved parking lot next to the pool is reserved for individuals with disabilities, Seniors (65+) and for coaches.

Visiting Team Location
WCST is to utilize the north side of the pool (the side closest to the basketball court) both in and outside of the fence. Outside of the pool fence you can set up between the pool gates and the basketball court. We encourage you to bring tents for shade, chairs, and blankets. Inside the pool area you will be allowed a single row of seating right along the inside of the pool fence. A clear unobstructed path must be maintained around the pool at all times for the swim meet.

Concessions
We will have the following available for concessions:

Brisket Tacos (3) - $13

Pulled Pork Nachos - $8.50
(Chips, queso, salsa, crema, home smoked pulled pork, bbq drizzle, cilantro)
Kids Queso - $4
(kids size of chips and queso con carne)
Pizza by the slice - $2 (cheese & pepperoni)

Water/Gatorade, Chips, Candy and Frozen Treats 

The Pelican SnoBall truck will also be at the meet serving snoballs.

Meet Specifics

Sugarwood is a 25 yd pool with 6 lanes. Blocks are on the start end.

Visiting team warm-ups will begin at 5:30pm, Workers meeting at 5:45pm, and the meet begins at 6:00pm.

Sugarwood has a row of six chairs set up in each lane behind the diving blocks to be utilized as the ready bench.

8-under and 9-10 relay swimmers #1and #3 will enter the pool off the starting blocks, Swimmers #2 and #4 will start their leg of the relay IN THE WATER. NO DIVING IN THE SHALLOW END OF THE SWSR POOL.
