Hello All:

Job sign-ups are open for SMI.  Please make sure you are signing up for the correct day.  Saturday is 11 & Up.  Sunday is 10 & Under.    With fewer swimmers in the SMI meet, these jobs are harder to fill last minute, so I greatly appreciate your help! Also, the jobs assigned to WCST are pretty good, so I am hopeful we can get them filled quickly.  The job descriptions are in the attached document and pasted below.  Thanks again for helping!

SMI 2023 Job Descriptions for WCST:

SATURDAY (11 & Up)

1. Scoring Assistant (SATURDAY 11 & Up): The Scoring Assistant organizes all the paperwork from each event (after computer verification) and records the posting times.
2. Scribe (SATURDAY 11 & Up): Stands next to the Lane Timer and records the swimmer’s time.

SUNDAY (10 & Under)

1. Postings Runner (SUNDAY 10 & Under): Navigates paperwork between Scoring, Announcer, and Awards area.
2. Spotter (SUNDAY 10 & Under): Move swimmers forward in chairs as heats progress on deck.
