Hello All!

We have a few jobs to fill for City Meet.   

Thursday (10 and Under):  We need two lane timers (working together) for second shift (5:00 until end of meet).  This is Lane 5 on the GIRL'S Course.  If you have a 10 & Under girl swimming on Thursday, this is a great job.  Ideally, I am looking to fill with parents of girl swimmers, so parents of boy swimmers won't have to miss watching their child's event.  Please sign-up through the website.  Or you can text (865-963-1693) or e-mail me.  

Friday (11 and Up):  We need one lane timer for second shift (11:30 until 2:00).    This is the same situation as above.  We will be timing on the girls' course.  If you have a girl swimmer this is great!  Please sign-up through the website. Or you can text or e-mail me.

Friday (11 and Up):  We need two volunteers for Clerk of Course in the first shift (9:00 - 11:30) and two volunteers for Clerk of Course in the second shift (11:30 until 2:00).   

Saturday (Finals):  (FILLED!) We have to provide two volunteers at the Clerk of Course for all three shifts on Saturday.   Because that was likely (and understandably) going to be impossible to fill, we have hired two students from the neighborhood to work the full day in Clerk of Course.   So those have been filled!  

Please let me know if you have any questions!   I am hoping we can fill the Friday Clerk of Course spots with parent volunteers, but if you have a responsible young person who would be willing to work Clerk of Course on Friday, please let me know!
