Hello All!

We just received our team volunteer assignments for City Meet, and I have added to Swimtopia. Please go ahead and sign-up for one of these jobs (they are labeled THURSDAY, FRIDAY, and SATURDAY) on the website. If you prefer, you can also e-mail or text me with your job request. Information about each job is attached to this e-mail. The times for check-in and shift information are set forth below.

Also, we had trouble filling some of these jobs last year (typically clerk of course!), and we were lucky enough to locate a few responsible young adults (thank you, Barber family) to help. If you know of a young adult who would be available to assist in the Clerk of Course roles again this year, they would be most welcome!

Thursday

• Check-In/Worker Meeting at 2:10 PM (Mandatory for 1st Shift/Roll Call)
• Shift 1: 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (check-in between 1:30 and 2:00)
• Shift 2: 5:00 PM to completion (check-in between 4:25 and 4:45)

Friday

• Check-In/Worker Meeting at 8:10 AM (Mandatory for 1st Shift/Roll Call)
• Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM (check-in between 7:30 and 8:00)
• Shift 2: 11:30 AM to completion (check-in between 11:00 and 11:20)

Saturday

• Check-In/Worker Meeting at 8:10 AM (Mandatory for 1st Shift/Roll Call)
• Shift 1: 9:00 AM to 11:15 AM (check-in between 7:30 and 8:00)
• Shift 2: 11:15 AM to 2:45 PM (check-in between 10:40 and 11:00)
• Shift 3: 2:45 PM to completion(check-in between 2:15 and 2:35)
