Hello All!

If you are receiving this e-mail, you have a swimmer in the Green & White Meet tomorrow (Thursday), but you have not signed up for a job.  Please recall that each family must provide at least one volunteer for either first or second shift.  Please make arrangements to have a third party volunteer on your behalf if you are not personally available.  I have attached the "Job Description" for each volunteer role.  Below, please find a list of jobs still available.  Please go ahead and sign-up for one of these jobs through the website.   

Clerk of Course (1st and 2nd shift)

Grillmaster (1st and 2nd shift)

Electronic Scorer (1st shift)

Finish Judge (2nd shift)

Head Timer (1st shift)

Marshall/Spotter (2nd shift)

Placer/Sorter (1st and 2nd shift)
