Happy Sunday!

I am the Volunteer Coordinator for the WCST again this year.  If you are receiving this email, you have a swimmer in the Green & White Meet tomorrow, but your family has not signed up for a job during the meet.  Please remember that if you have a child swimming in the meet, you are required to work in either the first or second shift of the meet (and this requirement applies to all families--whether this is your first year or you have been here for a number of years).  

The Green & White meet can be the hardest to fill because all volunteers come from our team, whereas during the rest of the season we will be sharing these jobs with the other team.   In full disclosure, my first year trying to fill all the spots for the Green & White meet may have involved hours of alternating bouts of sobbing and hysterical laughter.

We still have 22 shifts to fill.  Please go ahead and sign-up for a job ASAP.  We may even need a few amazing people to work more than 1 shift :>!  It will save me a ton of time if all jobs are filled voluntarily.    If there are jobs still open tomorrow morning, I will fill those spots from those still needing to volunteer.
