Hello all!

I just wanted to pass on a few notes about our website and Swimtopia app...I know most of you have already used the website for RSVP's and job signups, but there's also a lot of great info on here about your swimmer and swim team...

1. So, take a few minutes and log on to the website www.creek.swimtopia.com and look around! - there's a lot of great info on here to help you quickly find answers to questions...

2. For example, under the Resources Tab, you can download a family directory - so if you need carpool help for practices or a meet, you can easily find team members who live close to you and their contact info.

3. If your child is goal oriented - like mine ;) - check out the Team Records tab for WCST record times in all event and age groups, and under the Resources tab is Skills Mastery for each stroke and the Crocodile Mile for 10 & unders, and the Crocodile Challenge for 11 & ups (2019 times are being updated as we speak - so check back for those)

4. Under the Meets & Events Tab, you find dates, locations and times of events - but you can also see and/or print heat sheets, psych sheets, complete meet results, team scores, etc. I try to post heat sheets here on the afternoon of a meet...and meet results the next morning.

5. And if you download the free Swimtopia App on your phone, you can see a lot of this meet info all in one place - including which volunteer jobs you signed up for and events your child is swimming in the upcoming meet. If you upgrade to the Pro version for $1.99/mo, you can also see live meet info: a heat sheet for each of their events, which event/heat is in the water, push notifications after each of their events with their swim time, official meet results with the amount of improvement or gain over their seed times, and real-time team scores. Pretty cool, right?!?
